A Chance to Smile Again: Free Dental Implants Make Your Life Better

In modern life, having healthy, bright teeth is more than just a matter of aesthetics; it profoundly affects our overall health and quality of life. Missing teeth can make chewing and eating difficult, and can also affect our self-confidence and social life. However, for many people, the high cost of dental implants is a major barrier to achieving their dream of having full teeth again. Therefore, the emergence of free dental implant programs is like opening a new door for those who need help to regain their health and confidence.

--What are dental implants? Are they really free?

Dental implants are fixtures made of titanium that are placed very precisely into the bone. When a dental implant is fully integrated with the surrounding bone, it serves as the root of the missing tooth. The implant then provides support for the final restoration (bridge, crown or denture). Over the years, they have become so popular because they are easy to place, work well and last a long time. No other tooth replacement option can compare. However, implants are very expensive, averaging $2,000 each, so most people settle for less than the best that modern dentistry can offer. You don’t have to! We have a free dental implant program at our institute and we want to help you.

--What preparations are needed for implants?

● Treatment Planning Phase

This includes a consultation, x-rays, 3D digital images (called CT scans). 3D images are mandatory for all of our patients. All patients’ surgeries are planned on the computer first so that our doctors can provide you with the best care.

● Surgery Phase

This includes the placement of the implants and any necessary bone or sinus grafts, tooth extractions, and post-operative exams. The most common comment we hear from patients is “It’s much easier to get an implant than to have a tooth extracted.” This service costs between $2000 and $2300 per implant in most clinics. This phase is fully covered by the plan and you pay nothing no matter how many implants you have. It is not uncommon to have 12 implants.

● Recovery Phase

This phase occurs 4-9 months after the implants have healed. Most people can start wearing temporary dentures after 2 weeks to restore their smile. The final restorative phase involves fitting an abutment and crown or denture over the implant so you can use and enjoy it.

--How can I get a free implant?

Our Institute is looking for patients who need one or more dental implants. Dr. Faraje is an internationally recognized implant educator and the author of 3 textbooks on implants. Dentists travel from all over the country to treat patients with Dr. Faraje and learn his techniques. These dentists are already licensed dentists with extensive education in implants, but pay tuition to attend an internship under Dr. Faraje. The doctors pay so you don't have to. Don't feel bad for the doctors who will go back to their offices and charge patients full price for the implant services you received for free. We at the Implant Institute sponsor several such internships each year. You can learn more about our Institute at www.ImplantEducation.net.

--What happens after the procedure?

Your procedure will be performed by your attending physician under the direct supervision of the California Implant Institute faculty. Dr. Hurst will prescribe all necessary medications and will be available to assist you by phone or at the San Diego office if you have any questions after the procedure. He will remove your stitches two weeks after the procedure. Return to Dr. Hurst 4-6 months later for a post-operative checkup and to discuss the restoration phase.

●Veteran's Smile Regained

Jack is a veteran who, in his 50s, lost several key molars due to years of military life and heavy physical work after retirement. This not only affected his eating, but also made him feel embarrassed and unconfident in social situations. Due to limited financial income after retirement, Jack has been unable to afford the high cost of dental implants. With the help of his daughter, he applied for and received the services of our free dental implant program. After several months of treatment, Jack not only has a full set of teeth again, but also regained his former bright smile. He said: "This dental implant has helped me regain my lost confidence. Now I look forward to meeting with friends every day."

●The confidence of a young mother has returned

Wanda is a full-time mother. After giving birth, her teeth gradually became loose due to hormone changes and nutrient loss, and eventually fell out. This seriously affected her eating habits and convenience of life, and also made her afraid to smile in front of her children. Through the introduction of the community health center, Wanda successfully applied for a free dental implant service provided by a non-profit organization. After a series of careful treatment and care, her dental problems were completely solved. "Now I can enjoy every meal with my children. Smile is the most beautiful language between us mother and daughter," Wanda said with relief.

In the future, a healthy mouth is no longer a luxury for a few people, but a basic quality of life that everyone can enjoy. We hope that through the promotion and development of free dental implants, everyone can have a bright and healthy smile and greet every day of life with confidence. This is not just the rebirth of a tooth, but the beginning of countless beautiful lives. Let us work together to promote this beautiful vision as soon as possible.
