Job Description
The company is recruiting HVAC Installation Apprentices, opening new career pathways for young individuals eager to step into the world of HVAC technology. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical work and eager to learn new skills. No prior experience is required, as a comprehensive training program is provided. This training will help newcomers acquire the skills necessary for the installation and maintenance of residential HVAC systems and accessories, including gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, ductwork, gas piping, and thermostats.
Apprentices will receive guidance from experienced professionals, learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot issues while enhancing practical skills and work ethics. Training is hands-on and conducted in real-world project environments, ensuring each apprentice gains immediate exposure to the latest and most commonly used equipment and tools, enabling them to quickly adapt and solve problems independently.
Working Hours and Compensation
This full-time position requires work Monday through Friday during the day shift. The starting wage is $25 per hour, with potential earnings rising to $45-$50 per hour for those with experience. Employees have the opportunity to work overtime, paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, during the industry's peak seasons—summer and winter.
